A devastating four-goal first half display by PowderMonkey swept the home side from the park. Two goals from Lea Shiells and one each for Jacob Langston and Ayaz Ansari were added to in the second half by three quick goals between the seventy-fifth and eighty-second minutes, Jacob Langston, his second, Noah Owls and Stuart Wheater.

“We just never got going and now we’re out of our second Cup within a week”, said abt´s coach Malcolm Warren. “It’s never good to go out of a competition early, but this is one we’re not too bothered about”.

He added, “PowderMonkey fielded a very good side and have gone through deservedly. We can have no complaints, but I’d have expected our players to have put up a better show than they did. That’s the only real disappointment I have about the defeat”.
